Welcome to Sage Ridge: Reno-Tahoe's Top Independent School

At Sage Ridge, students in grades 1-12 grow into curious, confident citizens with the intellect, character, and courage to lead meaningful lives.

As the region’s only non-sectarian, independent, co-ed, college-preparatory day school, we offer a rare environment where students are known, challenged, and supported every step of the way.

Since 1998, our Scorpion community has fostered academic excellence, personal growth, and a lasting sense of purpose.

Nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills and grounded in five pillars—Scholarship, Respect, Integrity, Courage, and Community—Sage Ridge is a place where potential takes flight.
