Volunteer
Be Part of Something Bigger
Sage Ridge School volunteers play a crucial role in sustaining the vibrancy of our independent school community.
Every hour given is an hour that elevates the student experience and strengthens our shared commitment to the pillar of community. Through your time, energy, and support, you help create a collaborative environment where students and the school can thrive.

Why Volunteer?
Volunteering at Sage Ridge isn’t just about lending a hand. It’s about making a lasting impact through volunteerism and participation, and it has many benefits. It helps to:
- Build meaningful connections with other parents and faculty
- Model civic engagement and service for your child
- Support teachers and staff in powerful ways
- Enrich student experiences through clubs, events, and programming
- Strengthen the fabric of the Sage Ridge community
Did You Know? Children of parent volunteers tend to perform better academically. Studies show a direct correlation between parent involvement and student achievement. Kids whose parents volunteer at school report better attitudes toward learning, higher motivation, and improved self-esteem.
Volunteering fits your life
Whether you have 30 minutes or a full day, whether you’re crafty or tech-savvy, whether you’re on campus or behind-the-scenes, there’s a role for everyone.
All are welcome
From working parents to caregivers, alumni families, and grandparents, everyone contributes in meaningful ways.

Choose Your Impact: Volunteer Opportunities
Let’s Set a New Record!
Scorpion parents, family members and relatives, and age-appropriate students are encouraged to volunteer or participate, and we hope that you will find activities you are passionately interested in pursuing further, above and beyond our request that all families volunteer and/or participate annually for a minimum of 20 hours. We want to see how many hours we can accumulate in a year, so there is no limit on the number of hours for your involvement.
