Parents Association

Connected Families. Strong Community.

A thriving school begins with strong partnerships. At Sage Ridge, the Parents Association (PA) is the heartbeat of that connection.

Through volunteering, event planning, and meaningful engagement, the PA strengthens the bond between families, faculty, and the broader school community.

Every parent or guardian is automatically a member of the Sage Ridge PA.

What the Parents Association Does

The PA is an active, volunteer-run organization that supports Sage Ridge through:

  • Community-Building Events: Social gatherings, celebrations, and school spirit activities that bring our families together.
  • Faculty & Staff Support: Thoughtful appreciation efforts that uplift and energize our dedicated team.
  • Student Life Events: Enhancing field trips, multi-grade engagements, performances, and milestone moments throughout the year.

Being an active participant in the PA isn’t just about giving time. It’s about building friendships and advancing the mission we all share.

2025-2026 Community Leads

Community Leads (CLs) are parent volunteers who serve as liaisons between grade-level families, the school, and the Parents Association. CLs are here to support your integration into the Sage Ridge community and help keep you connected.

From partnering with faculty to plan fun, meaningful activities for students to organizing volunteer efforts for family events and leading staff and faculty appreciation initiatives, Community Leads play an important role in strengthening our Scorpion community. They are also a helpful point of contact for any questions you may have throughout the year.

2025-2026 Committee Chairs

Committee chairs and their volunteers lead programs and organize events that engage the entire school community throughout the year. These events are open to friends and families—both past and present—and help foster a strong sense of connection. Their efforts not only strengthen our internal school community, but also extend outward, building meaningful ties with the broader Northern Nevada community.
